ScribeAI is a documentation aid, not a diagnostic tool. Outputs are provided for administrative assistance only.

We are not liable for errors in transcription or summarization generated by the system.

2. Data Privacy & HIPAA

We take data security seriously. Recordings and transcripts are protected in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell patient data to third parties. Retention and deletion policies are configurable per organization. Document export (PDF and DOCX) is performed entirely client-side — generated documents are never transmitted through our servers. Business Associate Agreements (BAA) are available for eligible organizations upon request.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to record individuals without their consent where prohibited by law. You are responsible for obtaining necessary patient consent for audio recording in your jurisdiction. Misuse of the platform for non-clinical surveillance is strictly prohibited.

4. IP & Licensing

Eligible enterprise organizations may negotiate IP licensing arrangements that include source code access and deployment ownership. Contact our sales team for details on deployment models that include intellectual property transfer options.
