Go to Patients, select "Add Patient," and enter basic details. This creates a profile for clinical records.

Open a patient profile and select "New Record." Choose the recording mode and start capture.

Stop recording, select a clinical template, and generate notes. ICD‑10 detection can be enabled per session.

Review the summary and analysis, edit as needed, and export to PDF/DOCX for downstream systems.

Upload pre‑recorded audio files (WAV, MP3, M4A, MP4) or text transcripts (.txt) instead of recording live.
Use the sidebar collapse button to expand the workspace.
Records auto‑refresh while processing; you can navigate away and return later.
Use "Swap Roles" if the transcript mislabels doctor and patient speakers.
